The tangle

Moxiom is the ultimate platform to bring together professionals in the leisure industry from all over the world. On the one hand, the amusement parks and museums that need attractions or theming. On the other hand, the producers, suppliers and freelancers who are specialized in leisure projects.

The disentangler

The owners and creators of the platform therefore had a very good idea, but they did not have the expertise to realize it themselves. They had been running in circles for over a year. It soon became clear what I could help with, so I joined as project manager for the realization.

The disentangling

I helped develop the platform together with the owners, and helped with the initiation of the project by, among other things, contributing to the business plan.

We also looked at legal provisions: what can you ask for, what must or should not be kept, how much can buyers and sellers see from each other…?

The disentangled result

The platform is now active, but due to the virus circumstances it has experienced a slow development. Soon the pace will be picked up again fanatically by the company, and we came up with a pomotion boost for whenever in the near future when the time is right.
